Lounge / DINER
The snug lounge diner has a 2 seater sofa with footstools, a small dining table with 2 chairs and an area with a kettle and toaster. There’s a smart TV with Netflix and fibre broadband. Offset from the lounge diner is a kitchenette and stairs up to the bathroom and bedroom.

Under the staircase we have created the most compact kitchenette you could imagine! There is an under counter fridge/freezer, a combi/microwave, a single induction hob and all the pans, crockery and cutlery you would need for 2 people.
double bedroom
The cosy bedroom has a comfy double bed, a large wardrobe with both hanging and drawer space. There is an iron and ironing board, a cooling fan, clothes airer, spare towels, throws and a hairdryer.
BATHROOM
The full-sized 80’s retro bathroom has a bath with an overhead electric shower. There is a dressing table with a mirror, plus a shaving socket and lighted mirror above the sink. We provide you with towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner and some toilet roll.
HOT TUB
We will fill the wood fired hot tub with fresh water, light the stove and get it up to the right temperature for you to relax and enjoy for £40 for the first session and £25 per additional sessions on consecutive days. Private Garden
The guest garden is tucked away at the bottom of our main garden. There is a large grassed area (approx 1/2 an acre) for you to sit and enjoy the amazing panoramic views over the Tamar Valley and Dartmoor. There is a delightful summer house (open in the summer months) for you to relax in and there is outdoor seating plus a table and benches for you to dine alfresco. The barbeque is available upon request.
