Built in the early 1800s, Butterfly Cottage is a self contained annexe attached to our house. A former miner's cottage set in the beautiful Tamar Valley offering wonderful panoramic views from the large guest garden. Downstairs there is a cosy lounge-diner with a small kitchenette, upstairs you will find a comfy double bedroom and full sized bathroom. There is guest parking for 2 cars and covered secure space for bikes or motorbikes upon request.

Easy access from the B3257, no tiny lanes. Great views from the large garden, walking distance from Kit Hill & Tea rooms 2.5 miles to the local pub. 15mins to Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. 5 mins to the local supermarket.
Beautiful beaches
40 minutes from Whitsand bay with extensive unspoilt beaches. 60 minutes to the more commercialized north coast beaches including Newquay, Crantock, Polzeath and St Agnes.
Lots to do
Visit: Dartmoor, Tavistock, Tintagel, Eden Project, Looe, Polperro, Plymouth, Whitsand Bay, National trusts: Cotehele, Buckland Abbey, Lydford Gorge. Wood fired hot tub available at additional cost.

6+ night stay: £75.00 per night
Hot tub:
£40.00 for 1 session.
£25 for additional sessions on consecutive nights.
We will prepare the tub for use at your chosen time.
